The first Retro Jeans store was opened in 2001 as a lifestyle brand offering clothing, accessories and footwear for both women and men.

American vintage style became the main inspiration for the founders of the brand. This fascination resulted in a retro collection spiced up with contemporary graphic design, modern inscriptions and quality materials. Fashion designers from Italy, who started designing for the Retro Jeans brand, took care of the further revival of retro style.

The connection between the past and the future is reflected in the original double “R” in the company logo. The letter “R” with its tummy turned to the left symbolises looking to the past and the second letter “R” pointing to the right refers to the future.

The brand’s philosophy is also reflected in its slogan: “We remember, reimagine and revive.”

And the fact that the company has more than 75 stores in seven countries in Europe shows that it is doing well and has a large retro style fanbase.
